Just a small tourney I am putting together. Tourney will start when 8 spots are filled.

Restrictions: Elemental Dragons, Quasar, Any type of burn, Dark World, Fire Kings, Exodia, Final Countdown, among any other special win condition or stall decks.

PS. What is any type of burn? Are my giant germs for my toolbox engine ok? How about my one magic cylinder and memory crusher? Shadow monarch? What are we banning? All burn cards? Burn decks? 7 card ban?
