The 2 staff members (Or staff selected members) are the leaders of their respective group.

The other 12 members are given a number (They do not recieve their number) and the leaders must select a number 1-12, they take turns select these numbers back and forth.
Example: Leader One has selected: 1,5,12,4,6, and 7. Leader Two has selected: 2, 3, 9, 8, 11, and 10.

Once all the numbers are selected the leader will be given the person that had their respective number.
Example: If Student A had the number 6, he would be apart of Leader one's group.

This is applied to keep the game random, a person has a chance of getting all ID students, while another person has a chance to get all CP and PS students. But as a leader, you have to be able to prepare your members for the worst. If you see that someone is lacking in some aspect you want to make sure he can improve it. The leader is given a week to prepare his members.

Once the leaders time for prep is over, he must send the order of the duelists in, which he wants to send the duelist into a match, to the group wars organizer. The organizer will post the order of both teams simultaneously on a thread to prevent an unfair advantage made by any team, *once the order has been made, it can not change.
(* = possible change)
