I need help with one of my real life decks. It really sucks and I need help.

First off, I don't see why you would need 2 Stardust and 2 Radiance.

-1 Radiance
+1 Scrap Dragon
+1 Mist Worm

You should also try and find space for 1 Gachi and maybe 1 Slacker Magician.

Also, no Tuning? I know they're expensive but its a staple for synchro decks. 2 would probably be enough, and I'd also add 1 Unknown Synchron.

If you want you could try out the new "Nimble" monsters. They work very well with Swap Frog.

Money isn't an issue for me. I just was not sure what would be the perfect match.

Since an Inca deck relies on Fire Ant and Supay to get rank 8 or 6 summons with Oracle of the Sun, I`d say remove some of the cards like POD and Ryko (hes more of a side) and put in fast, easy-to-summon level 5 monsters like The Tricky or Cyber Dragon to further the Sun/Moon base, and also for regular 8 or 6-star summons.
