Must defeat 5 of the trainers in the pool before getting to the gym leader

Reward: Penguin Solider (For RP card library)

yes. First fill out everything in pallet town and read all the rules. Then make a new thread for all your wins in this gym.

Wait no. This is the 3rd gym. They are listed in order from pallet town up. You must have the first 2 gym badges to play here.
